yep, you can die from prostate cancer. but it grows so slowly that most men who get it will DIE FROM SOMETHING ELSE before the PC has a chance to end it all. maybe 1 in 6 dead men have PC, but maybe it wasn't the C.O.D. in all 6. you could look it up. (so could I, but you were the one freaked by it.)
It is possible that I was not clear enough, but the intended purpose of the post was to make fun of unclear writing--the idea that one in six men with prostate cancer die from it every year is a little alarming. The idea that one sixth of the male population dies of prostate cancer each year--as this sign indicates--is much more alarming.
